Beautiful vertical cave that opens with a double entrance, a higher pit and a lower similar to a portal. Descending in it we meet formidable shield of concretion, but the hall at 170 m down from the entrance has concretions with exceptional beauty and remembers a gothic cathedral.
Under the biospeleological point of view, the author presents here a first list of the more interesting species that he has found in this cavity:
DIPLOPODA: Plectogona sp. in all the extension of the cave, as 100 m from the inner entrance.
INSECTA TRICHOPTERA indet. near the first inner pit.
INSECTA CARABIDAE TRECHINAE: Duvalius cfr. gentilei near the inner entrance, but also to 100 and 170 m down from the entrance.
INSECTA CARABIDAE SPHODRINI: Sphodropsis ghilianii.
CHIROPTERA: probably Barbastella barbastellus in the branch accessible climbing from the -170 m hall.
