This is a kind of Client IRC:
I can not write a new one from zero but I do not have the sources of
a old one to modify, so
I am writing a false server.
When it works I'll connect to my false server by a normal IRC
client and my false server
will get the real connection to the IRC server. So I'll be able to
filter the stream and add
the feauters that I need without writing a new Client.
