Ingredients: (2 people) 600 gr. of tripe mixed choice
already boiled, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 50 gr. cooked ham cut into cubes, 8 slices
of chorizo, 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1
tablespoon of flour, half nut broth, oil, salt and pepper. Preparation: Brown separately in the oil, in a frying pan, before the chorizo with
the ham, then the pepper and then the tripe. Transfer the browned products,
as they are ready, in a pot of terracotta; add the nut broth, a bit of water,
if necessary, pepper and cook for about 1 hour. When it is cooked, add salt
if necessary, and sprinkle with parsley. |
