RECIPS OF CARLETTA
Carletta, has collected the Mediterranean culinary tradition of
Provence, aggregating the recipes of the family tradition Ligure with those of
the Catalan tradition of her grandmother and them with the personal experiences
of Provençal cuisine.
These notes are a set of notes operational which do not have the
slightest CLAIM TO BE A book of kitchen, but a reminder for the friends that so
many times they ask for advice or recipes of the dishes tasted in the House at
Carletta. Bon appetit!
