LAMB IN FRICASSEE

Ingredients:

1 lamb in pieces, artichokes in quarters, 1 egg, 1 lemon, parsley abundant, salt, pepper, olive oil. Prepare a marinade composed of: white wine sufficient to cover the lamb, juniper berries, pepper, bay leaf, onion, carrot and celery

 

Preparation:

Marinate for a night the lamb with white wine and spices. Brown the onion, celery and carrot and subsequently the lamb. completed the Browning, add the wine of the marinade and a piece of nut. Add the artichokes and if not enough the liquid, extend with water and cook over slow to about an hour. In part prepare an egg well beaten with the lemon and parsley.
