RECIPS OF CARLETTA

CUTTLEFISH TO ARTICHOKES

Ingredients: (4 people)

 

 1 kg of cuttlefish cut into strips, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 anchovy salt, 1 glass of white wine, 1 tablespoon of flour, 2 artichokes, pine nuts, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil.

 

Preparation:

 

stir-fry the garlic, anchovy and the pine nuts in the oil. Add the cuttlefish and brown them  for a few minutes; over the flour and add the white wine. Continue cooking until reaching a just softness of cuttlefish. Add the artichokes cut cloves and kept in acidulated water (water and lemon); finally add the minced parsley.
