CUTTLEFISH IN "ZIMINO"

Ingredients: (4 people)

 

1 kg of cuttlefish cut into strips, 1 bunch of swiss chards, dried mushrooms softened, pine nuts, chopped onion, garlic, carrots, celery, parsley, white wine and olive oil.

 

Preparation:

 

Brown the chopped onion by adding the pine nuts, until golden brown. Add the dried mushrooms and cuttlefish, and continue the browning for several minutes. Subsequently dissolve a spoon of flour on cuttlefish and add the cleaned swiss chards, cover with the white wine and water of the mushrooms. Cook for half an hour until the cuttlefish  are softened enough.
