Ingredients: (4 people) 1 kg of cuttlefish cut into strips, 1 bunch of swiss chards, dried
mushrooms softened, pine nuts, chopped onion, garlic, carrots, celery,
parsley, white wine and olive oil. Preparation: Brown the chopped onion by adding the pine nuts, until golden brown.
Add the dried mushrooms and cuttlefish, and continue the browning for several
minutes. Subsequently dissolve a spoon of flour on cuttlefish and add the cleaned
swiss chards, cover with the white wine and water of the mushrooms. Cook for half
an hour until the cuttlefish are
