Ingredients (
4 people): 1 chicken
medium-sized, ½kg. of tomatoes, fresh (or a can of peeled), 1 large bell
pepper, 5 cloves of garlic, thyme in abundance, olive oil, salt, pepper Preparation: In a frying pan capacious, brown the chicken, cut into pieces. After
having drained, deposit it in a casserole dish. Brown so the peppers cut into
squares and add it to chicken. In the remaining oil, lightly fry the garlic
cut in slices, add the tomatoes skinned and deprived of seeds and slightly
restrict them. Place in the saucepan containing the chicken and the pepper.
Adjust the salt and pepper according to the tastes and sprinkle with chopped
thyme as finely as possible (perhaps blended mixture). Cook on a slow fire
for 20 minutes, eventually adding a little water if the whole it proves a
little thick. |
