RECIPS OF CARLETTA

BRANDAD OF COD FISH

Ingredients: (6 people)

 

800 gr. of cod fish wet, 1 glass of olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 boiled potato small, 8 tablespoons of cream dense, milk, pepper.

 

Preparation:

 

Put the cod fish cut to pieces in a saucepan covered with the cold milk, bring to the boil and cook for 8-10 Min. Drain, remove skin and pound in the mortar with the garlic and a boiled potato. Put the composed in a casserole, warm it and do so over low heat unite gradually cream and the oil continuing to stir vigorously. Adjust the salt and pepper. (the end of the brandade must have the consistency of a mashed potatoes)
