SALT COD TO ONIONS AND PINE NUTS

Ingredients: (2 people)

 

400 gr. Cod fish wet, 1 large onion, 1 tablespoon pine nuts, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 clove of garlic, 1 chili pepper, flour and oil

 

Preparation:

 

Brown in a frying pan with oil, garlic and crushed chili pepper, cut the cod fish slicing and flower. Have the cod browned in an oven dish by eliminating both garlic and the chili pepper. In the same oil brown the onion thinly sliced and pine nuts. When the onion is transparent add and the raisin and add some white wine and evaporate it. Have the onion and the pine nuts on the cod and it passes the all in the oven for 20 Minutes on 180°C.
