RECIPS OF CARLETTA

STUFFED ANCHOVIES  IN THE OVEN

 

Ingredients: (2 people)

 

400 grams of anchovies of average size, crumb of a sandwich wet in the milk, a tuft of marjoram, 50 gr. of Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt and 2 eggs.

 

Preparation:

 

Open to book and bone the anchovies. Mince 2 or 3 anchovies (so that the remaining are equal) together with the breadcrumbs and marjoram. Add the Parmesan cheese, the beaten eggs and salt, save a little of eggs by paint on anchovies. Grease a baking dish with oil, have half the anchovies on the bottom, place on each anchovy a spoon of the mixture, cover all the anchovies with the remaining half. Paint them  with the remained egg and over with the breadcrumbs. Cook in oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes
