RECIPS OF CARLETTA

CARPACCIO OF TUNA

Ingredients: (4 people)

 

400 gr. of fillet of fresh cut tuna, cut Carpaccio, 1 tablespoon of pine nuts, 3 gherkins in oil, 1 tablespoon of capers, a sprig of parsley, 1 fresh chili pepper deprived of seeds, 1 lemon pressed, salt and olive oil.

 

Preparation: for the preparation of the sauce refer to the recipe of the sauce of capers.

 

Have in a dish microwaves oven, the slices of tuna without they overlap. Sprinkle with the sauce of capers, prepared previously, cover with protective film and cook in microwave oven to 100% of power for 2 Min, rest in ventilated oven for another minute and then season with salt and serve.
