Empty Spaces was our first album, a mixture of limited experience in using studio instrumentation, but great will in completing this project. We started working in the studio of a friend of ours, Christian, who provided us with the basics to get started.

Later Andrea assembled the "Microstudio." A few expanders , a keyboard and a mixer were enough to get the work started. Later Andrea called to help us a dear friend, Giovanni "Alabamas" who inserted some electric bass and electric guitar parts into the songs. Flavio worked on the lyrics and sang them.

We liked the final product, even though the 'album consisted of only 5 tracks. The album was finished in December 2000, at which time our first Web site was also opened. The album was named after one of the songs contained within. A total of five songs including one instrumental.

The message the record wants to give is appeal to the next generation for a future of peace and hope. The lyrics are positive and incite us to strive to make sure that our world is not inevitably doomed to destruction, caused by the lobby of the powerful with the sole purpose of enriching themselves at the expense of the population.
