TECHNICAL ADVICE

Obviously musicians who play far away one from the other have to standardize some procedures.

Tune your instrument in 440hz.

First test your recordings to get the best results from your equipment.

Make sure you don’t record the midi file you are listening to in your headphones  (even at a very low volume) together with your performance. You can set the midi file at a lower speed to study the song more easily but remember to put it back to the right speed before you start recording.

Don't add any effects (this will be done while editing). 

The easiest way to send your performance in wav or mp3 format is to attach it to your email to virtualbigband@gmail,com. If you have any problems contacts the same address and ask for help.
