SOUP OF LENTILS

Ingredients: (4 people.)

200 gr. of lentils, 1 onion, 1stick of celery, 1 clove of garlic, 1 vegetable stock cube, 1 bunch of black cabbage or chard, white wine, 4 teaspoons of curry.

 

 

Preparation:

 

Brown in oil the minced onion with the celery and garlic, then add the lentils and brown for a few minutes; soak with white wine and add the vegetables cut into strips, the nut, water and the curry. Cook slowly for about 15 minutes
