RECIPES OF CARLETTA

 

GAZPACHO ANDALUZ


Ingredients:

 

 4 tomatoes, 1 pepper, 2 ognons, 1 clove of garlic, the crumb of 2 slices of bread in water or vinegar, according to your tastes.



Preparation:

Blend tomatoes cleaned and choped with 1 layer of pepper, 1/4 onion, garlic, bread squeezed dry. Delute the blended mixture with cold water to reach the density desired, add salt and pepper and according to the tastes add a tablespoon of oil extra virgin.

 
Separately prepare:

 

 the rest of bell pepper, onions and 1 cucumber choped in small cube and also some small crouton, which will garnish the soup.
