RECEIPES OF CARLETTA

 

TROFIE CHESTNUTS FLOUR AND ARTICHOKES “PESTO”

Ingredients: (4 people)

500 gr. of trofie of chestnuts flour, 2 artichokes very fresh, 1 fistful of pine seeds, ½ clove of garlic, oil and Parmesan cheese.

 

Preparation:

 

Eliminate the artichokes leaves more hard and make two funds. Cut them into 4 pieces eliminating the beard and whisk them with oil, garlic and the pine seeds. Pay in a bowl, add the parmesan and possibly more oil. With the pesto retrieved dress the trofie
