EATSER PIE Dough ingredients: 600 gr. flour, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 dl
water, 1 pinch of salt. Ingredients for the stuffing: 12 artichokes, 10 eggs, 1 onion, chopped, 2 hg ricotta, 50 gr parmesan, marjoram. Preparation: Prepare the dough for the foils and let it rest
in the refrigerator about 1 h. Lightly fry the onion, add the artichokes cut
into thin slices and continue cooking until they are slightly underdone.
Remove the artichokes by fire and add the grated Parmesan cheese, ricotta and
4 eggs. Prepare at least 5 foils (33 if
one is good, because they are the years of Christ) dispose of it 2 on the fund
of a greased pie dish, add the stuffing and arrange the remaining 6 eggs in a
circle with white. Cover with the other 3 foils; the last should be puffy. ( how? Own business!!!!) |
