PUMPKIN PIE Ingredients: ( 8 people) 1,6 Kg of pumpkin, 1 roll of puff
pastry, 3 eggs, 1 onion, 250 gr cradled milk ( or ricotta), 100 grams of Parmesan cheese, 2 spoons of milk or cream, salt
and pepper Preparation: Cook the pumpkin in a hot oven, cut in pieces, 30-40 min
with a little oil. Brown the onion, chopped, add pumpkin whisked, eggs and
the Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste. Draw the puff pastry in a baking dish, above the pasta
have the composed of pumpkin, cover with the cradled milk soaked with 2 spoons
of milk or cream. Cook 40 min in the oven to 180°c. |
