CHEESE PIE Ingredients: (4 people) ˝ liter of milk, 200 gr. of Bel Paese cheese or
similar, 200 gr. of Fontina both cut
into pieces, 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese, 50gr of butter and 50 gr. of flour. Preparation: Prepare ˝ liter béchamel sauce with milk, flour
and butter. Add the cheese with parmesan cheese and melt everything in slow
fire. Withdraw it from fire and add 2 egg yolks and the whipped egg whites.
In a pan lined with pastry, Pour the mixture and cook in the oven to 180°C for
about 35 min. |
