QUICHE OF ONIONS Ingredients: 1 Roll of puff pastry, 6 onions of medium
dimensions, 1 tablespoon of flour, ¼ liter of milk, 250 gr. of ementhal
cheese, 3 yolks egg, thin slices of cheese, tomato sauce, parsley, salt. Preparation: Brown the onions in the butter, add the flour
and milk and mix well. All cool, and then add the cheese ementhal, the eggs
and the parsley. After mixing the all have the compound in a pan 28 inches
lined with pastry and cover with thin slices of cheese and where appropriate,
with tomato sauce. Cook in oven medium (200 °C) for about half an hour |
