QUICHE OF CHARD AND PUMPKIN FLOWERS Ingredients: 1/2 Kg. of chard (possibly
herbs), 4 bunches of flowers of pumpkin, 3 eggs, 250 gr. of curdled milk (in
his absence is also good ricotta), 1 onion, 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
cheese, 1 roll of puff pastry, marjoram, salt and pepper. Preparation: Brown the onion well chopped, add
the pumpkin flowers and after some minutes chards, previously parboil for 10
min. Remove the fried the fire and amalgam it with eggs, Parmesan cheese and
the curdled milk (you can also add half the curdled milk and dispose the
other half above the vegetables before firing), salt and pepper to taste and
sprinkle with chopped marjoram. Line a greased baking pan, with the pastry
and pour on the compound of the mixture of vegetables obtained previously.
Cook in moderate oven (about 200 °C) for around half an hour |
