TART WITH CHOCOLATE (recipe
of Mariuccia) Ingredients: 200 gr. of butter, 200 gr. of
chocolate melting, 150 gr. of sugar, 6 eggs, 1 spoon full of grated bread end
100 gr. of small chocolate tails. Preparation: Whip the butter
(left soak properly) with the egg yolks, blending one at a time. Add the
whites “beated to firm snow ". Dissolve the chocolate to "bain-marie"
and once cooled, blend in turn. Divide the compound so format into
two parts. One half will be stored in the
refrigerator, the other half, with the addition of bread crumbs, will be left
to cook in oven for 15 min. at medium temperature. Once cooled the half
cooked, you cover it with the half left in the refrigerator and sprinkle it
all with the chocolate small tails. |
