CREAM CATALUŅA Ingredients: 6 egg yolks, 1 liter of milk, 120
gr. of sugar, 20 gr. of flour, 10 gr. of starch or maize, cinnamon and lemon
peel Preparation: Mix in the blender eggs sugar
flour and starch, and then add the milk boiled. Bring to a boil the mixture with
low fire after adding the cinnamon and lemon peel. Remove from the fire when
