RECIPS OF CARLETTA

CREAM CATALUŅA

Ingredients:

6 egg yolks, 1 liter of milk, 120 gr. of sugar, 20 gr. of flour, 10 gr. of starch or maize, cinnamon and lemon peel

 

Preparation:

 

Mix in the blender eggs sugar flour and starch, and then add the milk boiled. Bring to a boil the mixture with low fire after adding the cinnamon and lemon peel. Remove from the fire when he begins to boil. Serve the cream in small cups and saucers and cool, then sprinkle plenty of sugar and brown the sugar with special red-hot iron.
