QUICHE WITH TREVIGIANA AND SPECK Ingredients: (6 people) 1 Roll of puff pastry, 1 bunch of
trevigiana, 1 shallots, 100 gr. gruyere cheese grated, 100 gr. speck, 4 eggs,
and 2 dl cream. Preparation: Cut the trevigiana and shallot in
into thin strips; brown the shallot in oil and once golden add the trevigiana
and make it dry for a few minutes. Spread the pastry in a baking dish, making
small holes in the fund and sprinkled
with the Gruyère cheese rind. Lay out above the trevigiana drained and the
shallot, and then add the speck cut into strips. Beat the eggs with the
cream, a pinch of salt and pepper and pour on Prepared baking dish. Cook in oven
at 180 °C for about 40 min |
