RECIPS OF CARLETTA

STEWED VEGETABLES

Ingredients: 4 people

400 gr of new potatoes, 700 grams of shelling peas. 1 pepper big, 2 artichokes, finely chopped garlic, basil and parsley, white wine, oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Lightly fry the Vegetables in oil, blur therefore with the wine, add water and boil in medium heat until to amalgamate completely the vegetables. Before serving sprinkle with the chopped garlic.
