PUMPKIN FLAN WITH
FONDUE OF CASTEL MAGNO Ingredients:
(2 people) 200gr. of
pumpkin cooked in the oven (cooked pumpkin in a hot oven, cut in pieces, 30-40
min with little oil), egg white, 1 tablespoon of cream, 1 tablespoon grated
Gruyère cheese, 1 teaspoon of curry, 2 macaroons dried, Castel Magno cheese,
cream, salt Preparation: Blend all the ingredients and Pour them in
stencils lined with paper oven. Process in the oven for 40 min at 180 °C.
Take out and extract them from the forms and cover with a fondue obtained by
dissolving the Castel Magno and mixing with cream.. |
