SHELL MARINARA Ingredients: (2 people) 1 kilo of shells washed and
opened in the pan, 1 Shallots, 1 clove of garlic, Juice of 1 lemon, 1
tablespoon of flour, oil, salt and pepper. Preparation: Lightly fry the
garlic and shallot chopped, defuse therefore a spoon of flour and mix. Dilute
with lemon and water and thick all slightly. Then add the shells and flavour
with the pepper and a pinch of salt and cook for about ten minutes |
