COURGETTES FLAN Ingredients:
(4 persons) : 400gr. of
courgettes, 60gr.fluid cream, 2 eggs, 30gr. of grated Parmesan cheese or
Gruyère cheese, some leaves of basil, salt and pepper and paper oven. Preparation: boil the courgettes
in salted boiling water, leaving them rear. Blend them with the cream, eggs,
grated Parmesan cheese, pepper, basil and a bit of Salt if necessary. Line
then stencils with the paper oven, filling the courgette compound, bake them
at 180°C along 45min. |
