AUBERGINE’S FLAN Ingredients (4 people): 700 gr. of
eggplant, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons grated ementhal, paper oven or the skins
advanced aubergines Preparation::
Cut the eggplant in half, carve
the pulp forming megrim, sprinkle thick salt to purge and leave for about 30
min. grease a baking-pan and lay the aubergines in it, rinsed by salt, with
the pulp contact of the pan. Bake at 180 °C and do them cook 20 minutes to
dig into the pulp from aubergines and blend it with eggs and the ementhal.
Dispose the compound in stencils lined with baking paper, or alternatively
advanced in the skin of the aubergines. Bake
and cook for 40 min at 180 °C: |
