RED MULLET RAGŁ Ingredients: (4 people) Two red mullet about 100gr each, 2 large
tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, oil, white wine, garlic, chilli pepper,
thyme and marjoram in abundance Preparation: Fillet the red mullet and brown them in the oil,
then slice and check that are eliminated all the bones. Brown to part the
garlic and chili pepper, add the red mullet, blur with white wine, add the
tomatoes and to consume a slow fire for about a dozen of minuts. At the time
of season the pasta dress with leaves of thyme and marjoram. |
