ANGLER FISH RAGÚ

Ingredients: ( 6 people)

1 line of angler fish of about 300gr., 1 onion and 1 garlic clove both minced, 1 tablespoon pine seeds, tomato sauce, white wine, 1 small chilli pepper, 1 nut from fish broth (or a nut from vegetable broth), a bunch of thyme and a bunch of marjoram.

 

 

Preparation:

 

Boil the angler in water, added with the nut broth and chop it coarsely. Prepare a fried mixture with the ONION the garlic and the pine nuts, add the angler and after having it fried, blur with the white wine. Add the tomato sauce and the fish broth obtained with the boiling the angler. Cook for about 30 min., at the time of season pasta, sprinkle the whole with the aromatic herbs reduced in leaves.
