RECEIPES OF CARLETTA

 

PEPPERS SAUCE

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 1 large roasted and peeled bell pepper, 1 salted  anchovy, 1 pieces of bread crumb soaked in water and vinegar, capers, fresh chillies,  1/2 clove of garlic, extra virgin olive oil.

 

 

 

 

Preparation:

 

put all  in a blender, except olive oil that will be added little by little until you reach the density requested.
