PENS TO SALMON Ingredients: 40 gr. of smoked salmon, finely chopped a½ small
onion, butter, white wine, cream, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Preparation: Fry the onion in butter, add the salmon cut into
thin strips, fry for a short while and then add the white wine doing so
evaporate for a few minutes. Whisk with cream without to get too thicker the
sauce. Bifore serving sprinkle
with chopped parsley . |
