RECIPS OF CARLETTA

PENS TO VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

4 small courgettes, 50 gr. of butter, 1 small pepper, 1 clove of garlic slices, some leaves of basil.

Preparation:

Brown  in butter the garlic, the pepper and the courgettes until you obtain a cooking in the tooth. At the time of season pasta add the basil. If the dressing be insufficient, correct, with extra virgin olive oil raw. The courgettes may be replaced, according to the season from aubergines or artichokes; in the event of use of these add to the lightly fried vegetable some pine seeds
