of Bianchetti Ingredients for 2 people: 2 hg Bianchetti, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 egg
yolk, 1/3 of milk glass, 1 egg white
mounted to snow, parsley, salt and peper Preparation: amalgam together the egg yolk
the flour, add the milk and salt and finally, the white of egg, sprinkle with
parsley and then add Bianchetti. Deep
fry in hot and abundant oil. |
