FRENCH SALAD

Ingredients:

1 carrot, 2 potatoes, 1 small bunch of peas, 1courgette, 2 hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, salt, vinegar

Preparation:

Boil the vegetables, after having cut them as dice put them to marinate in vinegar for about 2 hours; blend them  with half the mayonnaise and a hard-boiled egg. Get it all in a bowl or similar and garnish with the mayonnaise remaining, the second egg, olives, gherkins etc.
