OF BIANCHETTI Ingredients
for 8 people: 4hg. Bianchetti, 4 eggs, marjoram abundant,
1 tablespoon of flour, 2 tablespoons white wine, salt and pepper. Preparation: Beat the eggs
mixing together the flour, the wine the marjoram salt and pepper. Once
the mixture is ready, add Bianchetti. Deep fry it in plenty of hot oil. |
