 SCALLOPS SHELLS AU GRATIN WITH CHEES

 

 

Ingredients: (2 people)

 

12 Scallops shells, white wine, 1 tablespoon chopped Shallots, 1 big knob of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, 2 tablespoons of grated emental, 1 tablespoon of cream, salt and pepper, 1 egg yolk, 1 bay leaf, 1 tablespoon of choped parsley.

Preparation:

detach the scallops from Shell, put it in a saucepan with some grain of pepper and bay leaf. Funded with the white wine, take them to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Prepare a sauce, browning with a knob of butter, a tablespoon of chopped Shallots, adding after a spoon of flour, a glass of white wine, the emental, a tablespoon of cream, salt and pepper.

Thicken it all for a few minutes. Outside the fire add the egg yolk. Have the scallops in a pan from oven, funded with the prepared sauce and cook them au gratin for a few minutes. First of serve over with the chopped parsley.
