BAGNA CAÖDA

Ingredients: 2 people

15-20 salted anchovies, 2 garlic heads, 50 grams of butter, oil, milk

Preparation:

Wash and debone the anchovies, clean the garlic and put it to cook slowly in a small bowl completely covered with milk. When it is cooked, mash it with a fork.
