RECIPS OF CARLETTA

EMPANADA TUNA

Ingredients: (6 people)

2 Rolls of puff paste ready, 240 gr. of tuna oil, 1 large onion, 250 gr. of tomato sauce, 2 large red peppers cooked and peeled, 1 tablespoon pine nuts, 1 egg, oil and salt.

Preparation:

In a frying pan, brown the onion cut into slices with pine nuts. Add the peppers cut into strips, Tuna crumbled and the tomato sauce. Cook for a few minutes and add salt if necessary. Put in a baking dish one of two leaves of pasta, lay out above the mixture, cover with the other sheet and egg beaten with paint. Bake in oven already hot at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
