ASPARGUS
PIE Ingredients:
( 4 people ) 1 Roll of puff paste ready, 800 grams
of asparagus, 100 grams of cream, 2 eggs, 100 grams of cooked ham, 100 grams
of grated ementhal, 1 shallots. Preparation: Boil the asparagus for 15min. in
salted water, cut them into pieces, preserving a score of tips. Brown the
remaining part with a finely chopped shallots. Extend the pastry in a baking
dish, sprinkled with the ementhal cheese, add the asparagus and ham to
plaiting show. Sprinkle with the cream swayed with the eggs and garnish with
asparagus tips set aside. Bake in 180°c and cook for about 35 minutes. |
