L'Argentarola
The villa is immersed in the vegetation and
it is situated on the
panoramic road ring which overlooks Porto Santo Stefano. The house is part
of a residential compound of 12 villas, divided in 4 levels of 3 villas each. The compound was constructed and planned in order to ensure to each
unit its independence and its tranquillity; the compound is surrounded by
the typical Mediterranean scrub. The villa is situated on the upper floor
and has an outstanding view over the sea, the Island of Giglio, Montecristo
and, depending on the weather, over Corsica and Elba.
The villa consists in 4 bedrooms (for a total of 7 pax + 1), 3 bathrooms
with shower, a very well equipped kitchen in travertine marble with an
electrical cooker, a dining room, a sitting room with a TV colour (should
you own a decoder we advice you to take it with you since the house is
provided with a satellite dish and, due to the mountain right behind the
house, with the normal antenna you do not have a good vision).
There are also 2 large terraces: in one of them there's a fine lunch teak
table for up to 10 people, while from the other, being on the upper floor,
you can enjoy an even more gorgeous view. There's also a blossomed garden supplied of a large and fine barbecue.
The villa has been recently modernized by a famous architect who considered
even the smallest detail.
Inside the compound there's a beautiful swimming pool which is rarely
attended by the neighbours; and during the day there is also a guardian to
whom you can always turn to if necessary. The furnishing is new and the
house is pleasant and welcoming.
