In 1999 I became member of the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) of Great Britain.
I am fluent in Italian, English and have a basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
- I am computer literate: I am familiar with a number of word-processing - Experienced in Word97 (25wpm), Office, Premiere6, Dreamweaver4, PhotoShop6, QuarkXPress, Flash5 and familiar with the Internet.
- Experienced in Broadcast Media translation (BBC and Websites)
- Good ability in researching new material to deepen my knowledge.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, pro-active, flexible, accurate and keen to accept further responsibility and to learn new skills.
I have a particular interest in politics, information technology, mass media, human rights, history and ethnic issues. I also like reading (everything from newspapers to fiction), mountain biking, photography, books and collecting PC magazine CD-ROMs.
I have travelled almost everywhere in Europe and have lived in different places such as Florence and London, coming into contact with interesting multicultural environments.
