For those who like to relax there's a spa in Viterbo , le Terme dei Papi, open the all year round, with its warm thermal water swimming pool at a 30 minutes ride. 20 km away from Viterbo there's Sutri with his golf club “Le Quercie” one of the most beautiful greens of Italy in Sutri .

Thanks to its strategic position Orvieto is the ideal waypoint for reaching in a short time many interesting art cities such as Rome, Florence, Perugia and all those typical Tuscan/Umbrian villages such as Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Città della Pieve, Gubbio, Todi and many more…
Furthermore two beautiful and famous lakes are near by La Carraia: lake Corbara and lake Bolsena are only 15 minutes away.
We do strongly recommend to visit the village of Civita di Bagnoregio, it's only 10 minutes away from the manor and it really worth the visit: its beauty is breathtaking!
