As times on Earth become increasingly fragile with unexplained weather and geological events happening on a constant basis, you, the top scientists from Cal Tech, M.I.T., Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, Princeton, University of Chicago, Berkley, and other prestigious universities will be called upon to calm and reassure the public on a subject that has been known within the inner circles for decades. As experts in the field of astrophysics with its basic concepts grasping only the simple based on observation begin to access the complex interactions of cosmic objects in the universe and arrive at a correct prediction of events to come forth. When the pressure comes from the news media your answers backed by streams of data will only be an educated guess, because deep within your conscience there are no guide posts so most of you won’t have a clue. Scared like the rest of mankind most will follow orders. Hiding the facts, discrediting for the status quo of the elite, which in the end will bring great pain to hundreds of millions and for what, so that the few in control can maintain and expand their reach under the cloak of confusion. You cannot say you did not know, because you do. To allow the common man of developed countries to go down for the few, will reap a heavy price in human suffering, for it is the innocent that anguish. It is here during the debates that one makes a choice to stand behind the freedom of information and its flow to mankind or preservation of old theories, which may cloud the true picture of up coming events. How will you face what’s left of the public, your family and colleagues or will you hide when the truth is known? Lets give them a choice. There is no wiggle room here, for you may be the trusted one that sends everyone to the beach while a category 5+ hurricane assaults the coast destroying all that abounds. In the end when it is all over those at the top will cover their tracks and a scapegoat found, it shall be you.

Today the sky was clear but during the morning all attempts to capture an image were vain. It's the first time. At 13:18 it was visible and very near to the Sun which had many rays beaming. I noted a strange deviation to the West of the Sun and I checked with my digital compass and to my surprise I found out that azimut was 210°, too much for the 197° which it should have been for this hour and day. We have explained that Planet X positions itself along the magnetic flow lines of the Sun as it rounds the S. Pole of the Sun and rises to the Ecliptic, while heading toward the hapless Earth in its path. These flow lines become tighter at the Sun's middle, so Planet X almost aligns Horizontally just under the Ecliptic. As the S. Pole of a magnet is an intake, this allows the Earth to ignore the magnetic dictates of Planet X somewhat, listen again to the Sun as the dominant magnet, and take a somewhat more relaxed tilt. This is the current stance.

We have stated that a Sunrise West will occur, as prophecy predicts and folklore attests, as a result of a 270° Roll by Planet X as it crosses the Ecliptic. Planet X seeks to align along the tight magnetic flow lines just under the Ecliptic to the tight magnetic flow lines just above the Ecliptic, which have radically different alignment dictates. Under the Ecliptic, the flow lines are returning magnetic particles to the Sun, but above, they represent an outward bound stream, which does not tolerate a N. Pole pointed toward it. Planet X must roll, and does this as a sideways roll, the path of least resistance, then rising its N. Pole to align side-by-side with the Sun at the end of this 270° roll. The Earth is hardly a passive observer, but participates when it finds a hose of magnetic particles pointed at it by deflecting its N. Pole. This is reflected in folklore as a period of darkness for the northern hemisphere, a Biblical prediction of 3 days of darkness, which is not related to the week of rotation stoppage as during this time Egypt finds itself under a blazing Sun. As the Earth continues to roll, in synch with Planet X, keeping its N. Pole pointed away, the Earth is unmistakably turned upside down, again well documented in folklore. During this time the core and crust are glued together, and the rotation of the Earth follows the rotation of the Sun, as always, in direction, thus sunrise West.

Following days of a sunrise West, this roll of the Earth continues its momentum until the Earth returns to align side-by-side with the Sun and Planet X, a comfortable position for magnets forced into proximity with each other. It is in this position that the daily grab on the Atlantic Rift begins significant slowing of the Earth's rotation, as Planet X and the Sun now speak as one in their magnetic dictates, but Planet X as an every closer magnet is now insisting that the highly magnetized Atlantic Rift stay in line, the turn toward dusk or dawn pulling to the side and thus resisted.

What then causes the shift, that hour when the crust of the Earth is pulled in one direction, and the core in another? Rising past the Ecliptic into the magnetic flow lines above the Ecliptic, Planet X aligns itself with the flow of magnetic particles coming from the Sun, just as it pointed its N. Pole toward the Sun's S. Pole while rounding that. It has escaped the crowded particle flow that its presence created under the Ecliptic, and is picking up speed, and coming ever closer to the Earth. Moving from a position of being side-by-side to one aligning with the magnetic flow lines, Planet X is again doing a roll, pointing its N. Pole directly at the Earth, forcing the crust, particularly the magnetized Atlantic Rift which it has a firm grip on, to go along. The crust wants to stay glued to Planet X as a magnet, and strains to return to that position. The core, now more directly in line with the Sun's dominant voice, wants to stay side-by-side with the Sun. The point where this argument is settled is when the crust tears from the core, and they move independently. This is the hour of the shift.

Dato che finora nessuno ha ufficialmente dato un nome a questo misterioso "pianeta", proporrei di chiamarlo Setar.

The above images were sent to me by Alberto. A sort of "belt" is clearly visible and, for its position in space, we may assume that it stands between the Earth and the Sun. So far nobody has officially given a name to this Corpus. Therefore I would propose to name it Setar.

The position of the 12^th Planet as in Apr 07, 2003, was: RA 4.13262 Dec 11.16319

Look for a fuzzy diffuse object, a brown dwarf radiating in the red spectrum by filtering for red light not presently on current star charts. Other brown dwarfs, considered sputtering or failed stars will confuse the issue along with the discovery of large percentages of liquid water and oxygen through spectrum analysis while emitting a self contain source of heat and light from the 12^th planet. Scientists wanting to protect the hierarchy in astrophysics will ignore or dismiss all findings knowing the playing field will be level for all to start at a new beginning. Let the debates begin.

Recommended equipment: 16" Schmidt-Cassegrain and red filters, look slightly around the target coordinates.

Unified Sun-Multi Planetary Magnetic Field

As the 12^th planet moves to the equilibrium point of the ecliptic plane, many things for Earth will change. The season due to tilt will fool the general population that all is normal when fall arrives in the present stalled Earth orbit. So what will be the clues that all is not right?

First, there will be a dramatic increase in the strength of the Earth’s magnetic field. This will catch all scientists off guard as they have predicted the magnetic field of Earth diffusing and this will continue after, but the spikes severely effecting all electrical equipment at concentrated flow points will be unexplained from the establishment and a decrease in the orbital spacing between the Sun, the 12^th planet and the Earth as magnetic forces attract all bodies. Second, an increase in activity associated with the auroras at the poles and extending to the middle latitudes. Third, there will be an increase in meteorite strikes on Earth. Fourth, an increase in minor earthquakes building to mammoth quakes; sink holes as the crust slows its rotation. Fifth, unusual noises that are emanating from the below the Earth’s crust, thus, signaling that changes are occurring. Sixth, the intermittent dispersal of red dust deposits along random areas of the Earth. Seventh, displacement of the Moon from its normal orbit and resultant will be erratic tides.

First Effect:

As the 12^th planet approaches the center point of the ecliptic its north pole will move from its present 45-degree plus tilt (June-July 2004) or relative northeast position to where the present north pole will invert to south position to line up next to the Sun. Normally, the 12^th planet would align to the Sun, but the magnetic flow lines are disrupted due to close proximity causing the opposite poles to attract. The Earth will move from an extreme tilt to line up its North Pole with the south pole of the 12^thplanet as it rotates 180 degrees from its original position as it entered the solar system (What about the 270 degree rotation predicted by the Zetas: see Surprise below), and aligns with the north pole of the Sun. Who knows how the Earth will respond to the adjustments, but it will follow the vertical movements of the 12^th planet’s south pole.

The galaxy, the dominant voice in magnetic alignment responsible for the present day position positions of the Sun and Earth is super ceded the 12^th planet as the attraction between itself and the Sun overrides the galactic field. When the magnetic poles line up, the Sun now shares magnetic lines of force and subatomic particle streams with the 12^th planet’s core. On the other side of the core the magnetic flow from the Earth also maintains links to the 12^th planet’s core and its North–South alignment. Now the core of the 12^th planet adds a new twist, the flow due to the Sun overwhelms the core and spreads evenly through out the core due to sub atomic particle equalization. So a one to one transformer effect occurs, not that the 12^th planet’s core amplifies the magnetic field, but it allows magnetic subatomic particles to move from the over crowded flow stream emanating from the Sun to bleed into the flow linked to the Earth. So what effects will result from this new arrangement in the solar system? The orbital distance of the Earth presently reduced by 10 % will close even tighter as the magnetic grip on the poles, which are a North-South-North relationship, counters the repulsion force. This is why the Sun and Venus seems brighter. Sun will again increase in magnitude intensity, first from core turmoil and second reduction in distance. The surprises will come magnetic subatomic particles over crowd Earth’s core as the charge builds at the North Pole of the Earth, the density of these particles will allow the charge to ground out at the south pole of the 12^th planet. The periodic arc of charged particles flowing between the poles may be just one new unexplained affects.

Second Effect:

Second, aurora activity in the fall and winter will reach new levels of activity, as Earth’s magnetic field strengthens is more effective in raising energy levels in particles contained in our ionosphere, in which the solar wind will energize. Strange displays of pink lightning cloud to ground bolts will appear first and expand to include sheet lightning as the dust cloud descends on Earth in greater concentrations as the magnetic signature changes.

Third Effect:

The magnetic cloud of trash acquired during its travels between the binary stars following the 12^th planet spreads, as the two planets and Sun magnetically align. A unified field linking the Sun, the 12^th planet and the Earth allows the magnetically charge cloud that surrounds the 12^th mostly to its rear or opposite of the Sun to expand into the new unified field with the solar wind checking movement towards the Sun. This movement allows Earth’s gravity to capture stray elements. Meteorite strikes, random, but in isolated areas will not stir public attention until a major city is hit. The administration may add new showers to the schedule, but none have included large fireballs that have hit land in the past. New disasters will occur due to these unpredictable onslaughts. The difference this time will be the number of hot rocks hitting a given area at time without long-range warning. The US well aware of the dust cloud, is tracking it with radar so short term warning of new meteor showers will cover their tracks temporarily, but showers of the past did not start fires on land, destroy windows or damage cars. This will be the difference.

Fourth Effect:

Sink holes apart of everyday life has taken on a new trend, disappearing animals in a zoo, public works projects surveyed certified now find flaws, buckled sidewalks and roads, new crevasses, bridge and dam collapses where they should be none all down played as normal. Sink holes a by-product of stretched land as connective support for the ground fails and gaps in the under structure collapse and fill in, thus a new hole. It is only a matter of time before the frequency of these events out strips the excuses. Then observe those in control run for cover.

Fifth Effect:

The Earth rumblings will be annoying in some areas as stretching and compression of the plates occurring deep within the crust transmits low frequency sounds to the surface. The clash of the magnetic fields and the holding effect on the Atlantic rift will slow the crust of the Earth while the core maintains momentum, thus causing stretching and compression in strategic areas. Thus, the old Indian legends of a drumming sound signaling a change for the Earth is true.

Sixth Effect:

The intermittent dispersal of red dust now occurring on a sporadic basis will increase as the magnetic fields of the Sun and the 12^th planet will link with the Earth allowing the dust and meteors the spread into the atmosphere of Earth during equalization of the particles in the field. As stated before, the same static charges in the unified magnetic field will be responsible for the strange displays of pink lightning cloud to ground bolts will appear first and expand to include sheet lightning as the dust cloud descends on Earth in greater concentrations.

Seventh Effect:

The Moon already behaving in an erratic way, displayed an unusual low arc across the sky during the full moon phase in early July. With its positions changing and the new gravitational giant affecting Earth, the timing and length of tides will be anything but predictable. Still a low-key effect, but many who watch the harbors are now noticing the changes associated with the movement of water along coastal areas.

Surprises:

Space Dust Tornadoes: This will be the most unusual of the effects. The red dust with its static charges is at the mercy of particle movement, the magnetic field, solar wind and gravity. The constant movement of particles will create a motion similar to a tube while the main structure oscillates about many points. Compression of this movement peaks as the cloud nears earth. The result is a strange rotating, oscillating cloud of red dust with the appearance of a snake like tornado approaching earth from space in some instances as the red dust moves towards Earth.

Glowing Atmosphere: The ionosphere with its charged particles should provide some new atmospheric phenomenon. With the coupling of magnetic fields and its increased strength of flow charged ions moving in and out of flow lines will release energy gained from the field as an unexplained eerie soft glow that wafts about our upper atmosphere, moving away in the daytime and closing during the night. The primary catalyst will be two opposing rotating magnetic fields of opposite polarities energizing the ionosphere. The 12^th planet rotates clockwise and the Earth counter. The effects totally unpredictable will stun all who gaze upon the sky.

Strobe Lightning: Fast-moving storms with their straight-line winds will provide a visual display for those who dare to look up into the storm center. Lightning will take on the appearance of a high-speed erratic strobe across the backdrop of a bright green glow about the background of the clouds, crackling sky, totally out of the ordinary. The key is when the storm and random magnetic flows lines of subatomic particles meet along the surface of the Earth. An energized storm is produced where equalization of charge is achieved by constant arcing.

Super Bolts: The static charges building between the Earth and the atmosphere in some areas will grow faster than normal dissipation can handle. Here the appearance of the super bolts will take hold. The change will be many bolts simultaneously occurring with the arc time moving from a fraction of a second to seconds and in rare cases, minutes while moving randomly over the surface of the Earth. Your warning will be when all people around you, hair is standing on end.

The Magnetic Diffusion Flip-Flop: Presently to core is diffusing due to interference from the 12^th planet, but when the Earth assumes tilt position associated with Fall, the magnetic field will intensify until the 12^th planet moves away from the Sun’s equator vertically. Scientist will first state the magnetic problem is over only to find diffusion returning with a vengeance as the Earth adjusts again to the magnetic voice of the 12^th planet during adjustments passing the Sun.

Magnetic Spikes: With the increase flow of magnetic subatomic particles new problems will emerge. Random areas on Earth will experience concentrated flows of energy affecting electrical equipment in ways unknown to mankind.

270 Degree Rotation: For those who have a conflict between the Zeta predictions containing information that the 12^th planet will rotate 270 degrees vs. Grant stating 180 degrees, both are right. The 12^th planet will rotate 270 degrees from its original position due to overshoot, momentum slows passes the equalization point and bounces back. Oscillating on both sides of the neutral point and then coming to rest. The primary factor in determining the dampening factor, reduction of amplitude of the swing beyond alignment and frequency is still unknown, but this will be a surprise to mankind. When it is all over its position will settle 180 degrees from normal alignment of this system.

A growing number of anonymous researchers of yours are exploring new knowledge paths and are getting very close to reality. Today, your civilisation is flooded with an ocean of information of which only a tiny part, the less upsetting one, is notably diffused.

What in your history seemed ridiculous or improbable has often become possible, then realised, in particular in the last fifty years. Be aware that the future will be even more surprising. You will discover the worst as well as the best.

Like billions others in this galaxy, we are conscious creatures that some name "extra-terrestrials", even though reality is subtler.

There is no fundamental difference between you and us, save for the experience of certain stages of evolution. Like in any other organised structure, hierarchy exists in our internal relationships. Ours is based upon the wisdom of several races. It is with the approval of this hierarchy that we turn to you.

Like most of you, we are in the quest of the Supreme Being. Therefore we are not gods or lesser gods but virtually your equals in the Cosmic Brotherhood.

Physically, we are somewhat different from you but for most of us humanoid-shaped.

Our existence is a reality but the majority of you does not perceive it yet. We are not mere observations, we are consciences just like you. You fail to apprehend us because we remain invisible to your senses and measure instruments most of the time.

We wish to fill this void at this moment in your history. We made this collective decision but this is not enough. We need yours. Through this message, you become the decision-makers ! You personally.

We have no human representative on Earth who could guide your decision.

Why aren´t we visible ?

At certain stages of evolution, cosmic "humanities" discover new forms of science beyond the apparent control of matter. Structured dematerialisation and materialisation are part of them. This is what your humanity has reached in a few laboratories, in close collaboration with other "extra-terrestrial" creatures at the cost of hazardous compromises that remain purposely hidden from you by some of your representatives.

Apart from the aerial or spatial objects or phenomena known about by your scientific community, that you call ´UFOs, there are essentially multidimensional manufactured spaceships that apply these capacities.Many human beings have been in visual, auditory, tactile or psychic contact with such ships, some of which are under occult powers that "govern" you. The scarcity of your observations is due to the outstanding advantages provided by the dematerialised state of these ships.

By not witnessing them by yourself, you cannot believe in their existence. We fully understand this.

The majority of these observations are made on an individual basis so as to touch the soul and not to modify any organised system. This is deliberate from the races that surround you but for very different reasons and results.

For negative multidimensional beings that play a part in the exercise of power in the shadow of human oligarchy, discretion is motivated by their will to keep their existence and seizure unknown.

For us, discretion is motivated by the respect of the human free will that people can exercise to manage their own affairs so that they can reach technical and spiritual maturity on their own. Humankind´s entrance into the family of galactic civilisations is greatly expected.

We can appear in broad daylight and help you attain this union. We haven´t done it so far, as too few of you have genuinely desired it, because of ignorance, indifference or fear, and because the emergency of the situation did not justify it. Many of those who study our appearances count the lights in the night without lighting the way. Often they think in terms of objects when it is all about conscious beings.

You are the offspring of many traditions that throughout time have been mutually enriched by each others´ contributions. The same applies to the races at the surface of the Earth. Your goal is to unite in the respect of these roots to accomplish a common project. The appearance of your cultures seems to keep you separated because you substitute it to your deeper being. Shape is now more important than the essence of your subtle nature. For the powers in place, this prevalence of the shape constitutes the ramparts against any form of jeopardy.

You are being called on to overcome shape while still respecting it for its richness and beauty. Understanding the conscience of shape makes us love men in their diversity. Peace does not mean not making war, it consists in becoming what you are in reality: a same Fraternity.

To understand this, the number of solutions within your reach are decreasing. One of them consists in contact with another race that would reflect the image of what you are in reality.

What is your situation ?

Except for rare occasions, our interventions always had very little incidence on your capacity to make collective and individual decisions about your own future. This is motivated by our knowledge of your deep psychological mechanisms.

We reached the conclusion that freedom is built every day as a being becomes aware of himself and of his environment, getting progressively rid of constraints and inertias, whatever they may be. Despite the numerous, brave and willing human consciences, those inertias are artificially maintained for the profit of a growing centralising power.

Until recently, mankind lived a satisfying control of its decisions. But it is losing more and more the control of its own fate because of the growing use of advanced technologies, which lethal consequences on the earthly and human ecosystems become irreversible. You are slowly but surely losing your extraordinary capacity to make life desirable. Your resilience will artificially decrease, independently of your own will. Such technologies exist that affect your body as well as your mind. Such plans are on their way.

This can change as long as you keep this creative power in you, even if it cohabits with the dark intentions of your potential lords. This is the reason why we remain invisible. This individual power is doomed to vanish should a collective reaction of great magnitude not happen. The period to come is that of rupture, whichever it may be.

But should you wait for the last moment to find solutions ? Should you anticipate or undergo pain ?

Your history has never ceased to be marked by encounters between peoples who had to discover one another in conditions that were often conflictual. Conquests almost always happened to the detriment of others. Earth has now become a village where everyone knows everyone else but still conflicts persist and threats of all kinds get worse in duration and intensity.

Although a Human being as an individual, yet having many potential capacities, cannot exercise them with dignity. This is the case for the biggest majority of you for reasons that are essentially geopolitical.

There are several billion of you. The education of your children and your living conditions, as well as the conditions of numerous animals and much plant life are nevertheless under the thumb of a small number of your political, financial, military and religious representatives.

Your thoughts and beliefs are modelled after partisan interests to turn you into slaves while at the same time giving you the feeling that you are in total control of your destiny, which in essence is the reality.

But there is a long way between a wish and a fact when the true rules of the game at hand are unknown. This time, you are not the conqueror. Biasing information is a millenary strategy for human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a strategy. Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched.

Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution - resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and countryside.

Hatred grows bigger but so does love. That is what keeps you confident in your ability to find solutions. But the critical mass is insufficient and a sabotage work is cleverly being carried out.

Human behaviours, formed from past habits and trainings, have such an inertia that this perspective leads you to a dead end. You entrust these problems to representatives, whose conscience of common well-being slowly fades away in front of corporatist interests, with those difficulties. They are always debating on the form but rarely on the content.

Just at the moment of action, delays will accumulate to the point when you have to submit rather than choose. This is the reason why, more than ever in your history, your decisions of today will directly and significantly impact your survival of tomorrow.

What event could radically modify this inertia that is typical of any civilisation ? Where will a collective and unifying awareness come from, that will stop this blind rushing ahead ?

Tribes, populations and human nations have always encountered and interacted with one another. Faced with the threats weighing upon the human family, it is perhaps time that a greater interaction occurred.

Who are the "third party" ?

There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another civilisation: via its standing representatives or directly with individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of interests, the second way brings awareness.

The first way was chosen by a group of races motivated by keeping mankind in slavery, thereby controlling Earth resources, the gene pool and human emotional energy.

The second way was chosen by a group of races allied with the cause of the Spirit of service. That is why today individuals are to make this choice by themselves without any representative interfering. What we proposed in the past to those whom we believed were in a capacity to contribute to your happiness, we propose it now to ... you!

Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the exercise of those centralising powers without them being neither suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have almost very subtly taken control. They do not necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the near future. However, be aware that a large number of your representatives are fighting this danger ! Be aware that not all abductions are made against you. It is difficult to recognize the truth !

How could you under such conditions exercise your free will when it is so much manipulated ? What are you really free of ?

Peace and reunification of your peoples would be a first step toward the harmony with civilisations other than yours.

That is precisely what those who manipulate you behind the scenes want to avoid at all cost because, by dividing, they reign! They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength comes from their capacity to distillate mistrust and fear into you. This considerably harms your very cosmic nature.

This message would be of no interest if these manipulators´ tutorate did not reach its peak and if their misleading and murderous plans did not materialise in a few years from now. Their deadlines are close and mankind will undergo unprecedented torments for the next ten cycles.

To defend yourselves against this aggression that bears no face, you need at least to have enough information that leads to the solution.

As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst those dominant races. Here again, appearance will not be enough to tell the dominator from the ally. At your current state of psychism, it is extremely difficult for you to distinguish between them. In addition to your intuition, training will be necessary when the time has come.

Being aware of the priceless value of free will, we are inviting you to an alternative.

We know that "foreigners" are considered as enemies as long as they embody the "unknown". In a first stage, the emotion that our appearance will generate will strengthen your relationships on a worldwide scale.

How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of your collective choice ? For the simple reason that we would have otherwise been already there for a long time at your level of existence ! If we are not there yet, it is because you have not made such a decision explicitely.

Some among you might think that we would make you believe in a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival, though this would not be true. What interest would we have to openly offer you what you haven´t got any access to yet, for the benefit of the greatest number of you ?

How could you be certain that this is not yet another subtle manoeuvre of the "third party" to better enslave you? Because one always more efficiently fights something that is identified than the contrary. Isn´t the terrorism that corrodes you, a blatant example ?

Whatever, you are the sole judge in your own heart and soul ! Whatever your choice, it would be respectable and respected ! In the absence of human representatives who could potentially seduce into error you ignore everything about us as well as from about those who manipulate you without your consent.

In your situation, the precautionary principle that consists in not trying to discover us does no longer prevail. You are already in the Pandora´s box that the "third party" has created around you. Whatever your decision may be you will have to get out of it.

In the face of such a dilemma, one ignorance against another, you need to ask your intuition. Do you want to see us with your own eyes, or simply believe what your thinkers say ? That is the real question!

After thousands of years, one day, this choice was going to be inevitable: choosing between two unknowns.
