Searches and links on Internet

This distance still is reduced, but it contains some files that I think are interesting.
I am also working for giving others and keeping these up to date, bettering them.
Some interesting link is available as suggested bookmarks: there are indications for the history, the philosophy, the present time, to unload texts, bibliographies...

The larger problem in Internet is finding what You need without having to renounce neither because it has not been found null neither because has been found too much...
To this the Search engines serve (classified in generals and metasearch or specialized for bibliographies, email, mail list, news group, Usenet, files): there are also some councils and indications.

In this file there is a lot of Links to the Institutions organized for arguments (foreign trade and e-commerce, professional associations, legislation, local agencies, civic networks, international organisms, finance and economy) or for geographic areas.

More technical are two texts, that I had prepared for personal custom: a table of the ASCII and Latin-1 characters, with some observations on the problems of codifing the diverged tongues in internet, and a chart of the HTML entities for the Latin-1 and Unicode.
