RISOTTO WITH CURRY Ingredients: 1 cup of rice for each guest +1
for the pot, finely chopped 1 medium onion, 50 gr. of pulp calf into pieces,
2 slices of pineapple than, 1 handful of dried raisins, salt, butter, oil,
pepper and curry Preparation: Brown the meat and onion with 2
tablespoons of olive oil, when it is all golden add the rice and after having
slightly roasted, the broth and the curry necessary. When almost cooked,
whisk with butter and add the pineapple and the grape. |
