PEACHES STUFFED

 

Ingredients: (6 people)

 

16 half PEACHES, butter, egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 tablespoon of almonds, 6 macaroons, 1 tablespoon liqueur (rum or cointreau)

 

Preparation:

 

Use rectangular baking tray greased with butter, dig 15 half peaches and unite the pulp obtained by the 16.th half peach. Blend all the ingredients, fill the peeled peaches and bake for 15 min.
