The Assembling 

The Steering and the Rear  Fork

The first step was been the reassembling of the lower fork bridge and the steering tube into steering head of the chassis, with the two, upper and lower, ball bearing, complete of the new steel balls, and the arrangement for later mount the fixed tubes. Moreover I had mounted the rear fork after the checking the play of the clearance of the bronze bushes of oscillating fork.  Here you can see the various steps and works to re-assembling the steering and the rear fork.

The Tank Fuel, The Front Headlight, the Handlebar

This were mounting for test and check the position of the different components, and the position of the speedometer on the handlebar, to fix the changes of the length of the lines  of the new wiring loom. Here you can see the temporary assembling for test.

The Wiring Loom

Essentially the assembling of the wiring loom, with a few modifications, has regarded the old one, assembled like he was, using the clips. The main modification was been the extension the wiring of the headlight, under switch, to connect the light of the dial face of the speedometer. Here you can see some steps of the assembling of the wiring loom.

The Engine

Just assembled the wiring loom and mounted the central stand of the chassis, was been possible mount the engine to the their holders on the chassis. Here you can see the various steps of positioning and coupling the engine to the front and rear holders on the chassis. 

The Front Fork

The assembling of the front fork was been easy because was only overhauled in the new guide sleeves of the slider tubes, turned the fixed tubes and the well chroming all of them. Here you can see the various steps and works of assembling the front fork, of which, as like the rear suspensions, were checked the dumper cartridges of the slider tubes and filled by hydraulic oil.

The Crank Starter and Pedal of Gearshift

The assembling of the engine was been complete with the assembling of the crank of starter, the gearshift pedal and the clutch release lever with his clutch cable, mounted on the gearshift selector sump. Here you can see the steps and the works of assembling all this components.

Final Assembling

After all previous steps, was been assembled the remaining components like the wheels, the front and rear mudguards, the front saddle with his springs, the rear saddle, the cylinder head, the fuel tank, the rear carrier and complete the wiring loom connections like the switch of brake light, the capacitor of distributor, the new battery (18Ah 6 volts), the High Tension coil of the spark ignition, the chain to the rear sprocket in the rear wheel, where was substitute the 8 rubber dumpers.
